I have been in the insights industry for a long time and worked extensively on both agency and client sides before setting up my own consultancy in 2002.
My final six years before going solo were spent heading up the Research function at Virgin Atlantic, and I have continued to work with both agency and client-side hats on since.
I have amassed a wealth of experience across the research spectrum, and I have worked on some fascinating projects along the way: from the dynamics of the residential steel market in South Africa, to airline seat, cabin and service development, to conducting brand & comms research for local charities to concept development of a social app for parents of young children, to managing complex international brand & customer satisfaction studies in the financial services sector.
